Refund Policy

We want you in the group because the system works for you, not because you're locked in. Here's our refund policy.

How it works

• Free MLB parlay + Discord access — always free. Nothing to refund.
• Paid tiers (Gold, Platinum, Diamond, VIP) — eligible for a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if you're not satisfied with the service.
• After 7 days — no refunds on the current billing period, but you can cancel anytime and your access continues through the end of the period you paid for.

How to request a refund

DM the team in Discord or reply to the welcome email with "refund" in the subject line. We'll process it within 3 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

What's not refundable

• Subscription periods that have already ended (e.g., past months on a monthly plan).
• Losses incurred from bets placed. BetterBets provides research and analysis only. We don't refund based on bet outcomes.
• Charges to your sportsbook accounts — those are between you and the book.

Cancellation

Yes, cancel anytime. No contracts. No questions asked. Cancel before your next renewal and you keep access through the end of the current paid period.
